KCCC Mission

Concussion is the most common type of traumatic brain injury and can cause a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms.

The SCAT5 is a standardized tool for evaluating injured athletes for concussion and can be used in athletes aged from 13 years and older.

The Kern County Concussion Consortium  (KCCC) offers a number of educational symposiums and events for athletes, coaches and trainers.
